Warranty Information

At DK Tile Design, we stand behind the quality of our work and provide a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty on all completed installations. This warranty covers defects that result directly from our installation and workmanship. If an issue arises within one year of project completion due to our installation, we will inspect the concern and make the necessary repairs to correct the problem. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, accidents, abuse, impact damage, water damage caused by plumbing or building failures, structural movement, foundation settling, manufacturer defects, discoloration, cracking caused by substrate movement, or work that has been modified, repaired, or altered by others after project completion. Our goal is to deliver high-quality installations, honest service, and lasting results, and we are committed to standing behind the work we perform.
